Hannes Abraham

Hannes specialises in all aspects of intellectual property law, IT, advertising law, market practices, distribution and gambling law.

‍

He is an experienced litigator, who regularly represents clients in commercial disputes before Belgian and European courts, as well as administrative bodies (such as EUIPO and BOIP).

‍

Hannes advises both SMEs and multinationals and assists them in drafting commercial agreements, including licensing, distribution, software and research agreements.

‍

In addition to his membership in various professional organisations such as BMM and LES, Hannes regularly publishes articles in the context of his specializations and is an editorial board member of IE-Forum.be.

‍

Hannes is a teaching assistant in the Intellectual Property Department of Ghent University.
